This high profile build in a newly developed part in the center of Eindhoven is set to be accomplished at the start of 2019.

The 3,3 acres plot belonged to Philips for the past century, in 2015 it was bought by real estate developer Foolen&Reijs Vastgoed to be developed in various phases. Transforming existing buildings and constructing new ones, producing over 1000 apartments and lofts designed bij renowned architecture firm Diederendirrix . Renaming the area Victoria Park, focal point being the ONYX tower.

The ONYX building measures 84 meters and holds 25 stories, and is home to 132 luxury rental apartments . The top three floors are reserved for a palatial penthouse with an indoor pool and a 400m2 rooftop garden.  Maison Mignot has been involved from the very beginning, assisting with the layout, use of space, choosing materials and furniture.
