This extraordinary house in the hills of Can Furnet is shaped like two flying saucers, decorating it was an exciting challenge.

Situated in hills of the renowned gated community of Can Furnet, it looks like two UFO’s landed and were made into a home. The previous owner, a German socialite, transformed one of the saucers into a  indoor swimming pool with a window at the bottom overlooking the garden and pool area. Now it had to be converted into a vacation home, which was a challenge seeing that the house only has round “corners” and two dome ceilings. We applied the much sought after Bali style with vintage 1960’s furniture that complement the house’s extraterrestrial shape. Using predominately white combined with the blue turquoise of the sea, with a hint of earth tones, teak decking and, thick wooden tables, we created the vibrant feeling we set out for. Finishing with vintage sixties lighting fixtures throughout the house and oversized black and white fashion photographs. The outdoor area has been completely redone using the same mixture of materials as inside and variety of plants, both tropical and, mediterranean.
