This small but charming house near to San Rafel was in need of a modern and light overhaul.

The …square meter house was outfitted with a new and modern kitchen to uplift the heart of the house. Leaving authentic features intact like the original fireplace, terrazzo floors and traditional Ibicencan stuccoed wall shelving. Using large tropical hardwood tables inside and out, graphic wallpaper and furniture with a nod to the sixties, this house was turnt into a small Ibiza sanctuary with a gorgeous view. A mix of local and contemporary accessories completed this small-scale project.
