Set in the hills of the prestigious gated community Can Furnet, we were set a 3 month deadline to revamp this 70s villa, everybody told us it was impossible.

Time was precious and planning was meticulous in order to finish this large scale project before summer started on the island. Built in 1975 by a Dutch architect, as one of the first villa’s on the hill ensuring a breathtaking view, five decades later this house’s exterior is still current.  The inside however, was in need of a serious facelift. We started by tearing down most of the inner walls and creating more spacious bed- and bathrooms throughout the house, employing local craftsmen and using organic materials such as tropical hardwood, marble and natural stone.
